- 0–5 years of experience in client-facing roles within US accounting, tax, or consulting services
- Strong understanding of US accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or tax services
- Proven ability to manage clients end-to-end, from requirement gathering to delivery
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of client outcomes
